Classes are free to people with epilepsy and their family/whanau (Age 14+). They are a space to come together to express yourself by creating art in a safe, warm, family environment.
Classes are suitable for any level of artistic skill and explores creativity through a variety of media, including visual arts and music.
Creative therapy allows people to express themselves as a group or as individuals and provides a channel for self-reflection and healing. This helps people to realise new possibilities.
Feelings, emotions and experiences are explored visually in a supportive group setting, where people learn to understand themselves and others.
Classes are run in collaboration with Māpura Studios and Epilepsy Foundation New Zealand.

Classes are FREE for up to two people per family —donations are welcome.
Saturdays 9.30am – 12pm
Term 2, May 6 — July 8 (10 weeks) – It is fine to start mid-term
Term 3, July 29 to September 23 (10 weeks)
