All Black great and NZ Order of Merit recipient Ian Jones has become the first Epilepsy Foundation of New Zealand ambassador. The 105 match All Black legend has agreed to support the Foundation by helping enhance public awareness and support for those living with epilepsy.
Ian has a close affinity with epilepsy and wishes to insure that those living with the condition are fully supported and do not become alienated from their friends and communities.
The Epilepsy Foundation is delighted to have Ian onboard. The Foundation feels, with Ian’s profile and popularity as a Sky TV rugby commentator and presenter, his support and advocacy for those living with epilepsy will massively increase the public’s awareness, understanding and acceptance of epilepsy.
