
This programme is available to people with epilepsy and their family/whanau (Age 14+). It provides a space to come together to express yourself by creating art in a safe, warm, family environment.
It is suitable for any level of artistic skill and explores creativity through a variety of media, including visual arts and music.
Creative therapy allows people to express themselves as a group or as individuals, providing a channel for self-reflection and healing….
Enabling people to realise new possibilities.
Feelings, emotions and experiences are explored visually in a supportive group setting, where people learn to understand themselves and others.
Classes are run in collaboration with Māpura Studios and Epilepsy Foundation New Zealand.
The programme is offered FREE for up to two people per family—donations are welcome

Term 1, Feb 2 — April 15 (11 weeks)
